Green Schools Initiative

An Taisce operate and support schools with this initiative. In Fuerty N.S. we have been very successful achieving 4 green Flags and we are working towards our 5th.

Due to Covid we were not able to complete this latest flag for Biodiversity but we have all the work done and we hope to get the assessment for the flag completed upon our return to school.

We have achieved:

  1. Litter and Waste
  2. Energy
  3. Water
  4. Travel
  5. Biodiversity ( 2020/21)
